3.07: EXPLODE THE LINE

Explode the Line generalizes this to work from any sort of four-person line. Just the centers step forward, everybody faces in toward the mid-point of the original line, and then does a pull-by as if they were facing couples, adjusting as necessary to end as couples back-to-back.
Explode and can also be used from any kind of line, in the same way as it is used from waves in Plus. The centers step forward, everybody faces in to act as facing couples, then they do whatever call is mentioned next.
