1.3: FRACTIONS
The calls Box Counter Rotate and Split Counter Rotate can be followed by a fraction, e.g., "Centers Box Counter Rotate 1/2". This indicates how far the dancers are to move around the center point, and also how much they are to turn, since they do the same amount of each.
If the caller does not name a fraction, then the fraction is 1/4. This is also the most common case. The fractions 1/2 and 3/4 are used much less frequently.
