The call Wheel Around is done by a couple. As a unit, they turn to their left half way around (180 degrees) to face the opposite wall.
A common use of Wheel Around is when couples are promenading. The caller will ask either the heads or the sides to Wheel Around and face the other couples, using words like "Heads Wheel Around and make lines".
