Ferris Wheel is done from parallel 2-faced lines. It is a variation on Wheel and Deal. The lead couples (the ones facing out) do a normal Wheel and Deal. But the trailing couples (the ones facing in), step ahead to do a Wheel and Deal with each other. So those couples end up facing each other, in the center.
This is in contrast to a Wheel and Deal from the same formation. In that case the trailing couples would do their Wheel and Deal action in their own line, and end up facing the other couple from their own line.
