Turn Thru is a Right Arm Turn 1/2, followed by Step Thru. Starting from two dancers facing each other, they step forward to take right foreams, then turn exactly 1/2 (180 degrees), and then drop hands and step forward to be directly back-to-back.
Turn Thru can also be done if two dancers are already holding right hands. In that case they just turn 1/2 and Step Thru.
But in either case, they end up facing the opposite wall from when they started. And in either case, they end up directly back-to-back, just as if they had done a Pass Thru.
